       1 lb shrimp, cleaned, deveined, chopped

       1 10-oz. package frozen mized vegetables

       1 7-oz. canned corn

       1 medium onion, chopped (optional)

       1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper(optional)

       1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)

       Salt and Pepper to taste

       2 cloves of garlic, crushed (optional)

       2 eggs

       1/2 cup canned milk (Real Fresh or Carnation)

       1/2 cup flour

       1 Tsp baking powder

       Oil for frying


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in frying pan.

Drop from spoon into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
