·       1 lb shrimp, cleaned, deveined, chopped

·       1 10-oz. package frozen mized vegetables

·       1 7-oz. canned corn

·       1 medium onion, chopped (optional)

·       1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper(optional)

·       1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)

·       Salt and Pepper to taste

·       2 cloves of garlic, crushed (optional)

·       2 eggs

·       1/2 cup canned milk (Real Fresh or Carnation)

·       1/2 cup flour

·       1 Tsp baking powder

·       Oil for frying

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in frying pan.

Drop from spoon into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
