· 1 lb. Fresh or frozen shrimp, cleaned
· 2 eggs, beaten
· 3/4 cup flour
· 1 Tbsp garlic powder
Add shrimp to beaten eggs. Place flour and garlic powder in plastic bag.
Drop shrimp into bag and shake until coated with flour.
Fry until golden brown.
Remove to paper towel and drain. Serve with dip made from
1/2 cup tomato ketchup, dash of hot sauce and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
