       1 Tbsp Salt

       1/2 cup lemon juice (or lemon powder measured to taste)

       1 cup grated coconut

       2-3 lbs. Whole Chicken Fryer (or frozen cooked chicken breast)

       Small hot peppers


Cut chicken in half and sprinkle with salt. Place in a broiler pan or

do over charcoal. Broil until completely cooked.

Debone, chop. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Chill at least one hour. Great with tortillas or chips or crackers.


If using frozen cooked chicken breasts. Just chop or cut up

chicken breasts

and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
