Ingredients:

1 lb fresh or frozen boiled and cleaned shrimp (shell/tail
removed)

1 onion, small chopped fine
·
2 small red peppers, chopped
·
2 Tbsp lemon juice
·
Salt
·
1 cup of coconut (optional)
Boil shrimp. Chop into small pieces. Add other ingredients.
Serve well chilled on a lettuce leaf or with tortilla.
